How does RF Microneedling work?
The treatment uses a device with fine, gold-plated needles that penetrate the skin to a controlled depth. Radiofrequency energy is then delivered through the needles into the underlying dermal tissue.
The controlled micro-injuries created by the needles trigger the skin’s natural healing response, while the radiofrequency energy creates controlled thermal stimulation within the deeper layers of the skin.
Together, these processes encourage collagen and elastin remodelling. The result develops gradually as the skin repairs and renews itself, with improvements in firmness, texture and overall skin quality becoming more apparent over time.
RF Microneedling + Exosome Enhancement

A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to make the procedure more comfortable. You may still experience some warmth, pressure or a prickling sensation during treatment.
Expect some redness, warmth and mild swelling immediately after treatment. Redness usually settles within 1–3 days, although sensitivity, dryness or light flaking may continue for several days. The skin should be treated gently during the recovery period and protected from sunlight exposure.
Some improvement may be noticeable once the initial redness has settled, but the main results develop gradually. This is because collagen remodelling continues for several weeks following treatment. A course of treatments may be recommended for optimal improvement.
RF Microneedling can be particularly useful for improving the appearance of certain types of acne scarring and uneven skin texture. Suitability depends on the type and severity of scarring, so your skin will be assessed during your consultation before treatment.
