The results of this treatment are dramatic & long-lasting. Dermo Plasma delivers a professional treatment, which does not involve a laser or scalpel to remove excess skin, instead, it uses the power of plasma to tighten & rejuvenate. Plasma is formed through ionisation of atmospheric gases to stimulate instant contraction & tightening of the skin. An anaesthetic cream will be applied prior to the treatment and will remain on for a minimum of 30 min.   For mole removal, an injection of local anaesthetic will be used to numb the area.  The treatment may be moderately uncomfortable and sensitive depending on where you are being treated – especially eyelid procedures where the skin is at its thinnest and greatly depends on your own sensitivities and tolerances. 

There will be some mild-moderate swelling – especially around the eyes and periorbital region. Swelling for 2 to 5 days post-treatment is normal and to be expected. Post-treatment downtime and recovery is usually 7 days however for small lesion removals you will be able to carry on activities as usual.  The skin will remain pink for several weeks but will be easily covered with make-up.
